Product Description

Industrial Galvanised Pipe Clothing T-Rack is made from 34mm (1 Inch) galvanised plumbing pipe and galvanised construction fittings. This is the perfect industrial clothing t-rack to go with your industrial themed shop or home.

We added an extra center brace to this product to give better support for the upright. This should ensure that the unit will not colapse under weight of clothing.

This clothing rack can be made to a custom height to best match your needs, giving you storage space and providing mobility. This clothing rack is designed to take light clothing items so as to keep balanced as an overall design. There is a limit to dimensions available with this product but it is still available with castors should that be required. Better stability may be acchieved when no wheels are fixed however.

Industrial Galvanised Pipe Clothing Rack can come with six wheels attached, two of which have brake on them to reduce the movement of the rack. Construction fittings are used on this product to allow easy dismantling both for ease of shipping and also enables you to transport to a new location. Simply dismantle and re assemble.

These fittings are extremely easy to put together  and we ship with a few Allen Keys in the correct dimension to assist.

Assembly

The castor wheels are supplied attached to the feet as two separate assembled components. We supply with a diagram to help final assembly of the longer pipe components.

Finish

All Galvanised fittings and pipe are cleaned of oil and scrubbed to a reasonable degree. This makes sure no oil remains internally that can weep after assembly. The components used are all galvanised finish to resits corrosion but we can paint if required. Choose from the options when ordering.

Painted pipework and fittings are cleaned to remove mineral oil and spray coated with primer and then final color. These are left to dry for 24 hours  and inspected prior to shipping
