Product Description

400mm deep plain steel under shelf bracket is a hand bent 6.5mm thick x 40mm steel heavy duty shelf bracket. This has the upright steel fixing below the shelf.

Special size

This is the widest shelf bracket we will manufacture and can be install provided extra care is taken to to overload since it is wider than normal. We expect that the screws for fixing will be fine so long as a solid timber surface or frame in place to attach the 3 screws. Also this should not be overloaded and spans could be closer together.

These are made by hand in our workshop and then either powder coat finished in Flat Black, Antique White or left as raw steel raw steel finish.
Other powder coat colors are available on request from our rage of industrial style colors.
A set of wood screws are included in matching black finish to mount to a wall surface. Fixing screws for shelf also included.

Spans

These are made to take a heavy weight but exact calculation will rely on your span between brackets and the shelf material along with the fixing method and wall type. We would expect a span of around 1 meter between brackets so if you shelf is longer than this you may need more than two brackets.

Shelf timber

We can supply black surfaced formply for use as a shelf timber for that industrial hard wearing look or supply your own shelf as 190mm wide timber. See below.
