Product Description

Industrial Plumbing Pipe Dining Table leg kit is a DIY base kit using special plumbing pipe components. This kit is designed to be a 6 seat dining table with a table top measuring to be 1800mm x 800mm.

THE TABLE: The pipe components can be left as galvanised, raw steel or they can be painted flat black. Complete instructions for assembly are included.

Since table tops are a very large and expensive item to ship we have a link to a table top supplied in Australia locally. This is a finger jointed pine top that is available at Bunnings Warehouse. We recommend a medium weight table top, approximately 30mm thickness in timber.

Hardware supplied

The pipe components are supplied for this DIY kit as part assembled and labelled.

All Galvanised fittings and pipe are cleaned of oil and scrubbed to a reasonable degree. This makes sure no oil remains internally that can weep after assembly.

All Raw steel fittings and pipe are cleaned of mineral oils and prepared with a light coating of Linseed oil. You should re-apply as needed to prevent rusting.

Painted pipework and fittings are cleaned to remove mineral oil and spray coated with primer and then final color. These are left to dry for 24 hours and inspected prior to shipping
