Black surface Formply shelf for floor mounted pipe shelf is a custom length shelf component made to suit our industrial plumbing pipe floor mount shelf designs.

This material is a 17mm thickness F14 structural ply made from radiata pine veneer. These are glued with phenol formaldehyde resin and overlaid with a hard durable resin impregnated paper. Its hard phenolic surface and high quality outer veneers make it durable and reusable. This is a perfect shelf surface that is hard to scratch and it totally waterproof. Will not stain or distort over time.

Floor shelf plumbing pipe design

For floor standing shelf unit these shelves require that a hole of perfect dimension and location is pre-drilled. If this is required we will make to standard specification flat packed ready to install while constructing your shelf. These will require at least two holes but longer shelves may require 3 or 4 holes evenly spaced.

For these shelf units the shelf is a standard width to suit plumbing pipe components at 250mm.

Simply order the length required and add the number of holes required to match the number of uprights ordered. The closer the uprights the more weight these can bear so keep this in mind when ordering both pipe shelf kits and shelving.

Custom plumbing pipe designs that require variation from this standard shelf can be arranged but this may require more time to supply. If you require a shelf of specific length other than what is offered in the dropdown options, choose the closest size longer and let us know in “Order Notes” when ordering.

Since this can be a product that is larger than Aust Post package limits these shelves may require special shipping method. Choose Startrack or DHL Express if you shelf is longer than 100mm
